As a company it is your job to make sure your customers are satisfied and it is your job to answer back. I literally was thinking, this company must have gone under, I had no idea what was going on. All I new was i had been charged and i hadn’t received any email stating my order had shipped, my order didn’t even state it was processing. I decided yesterday I had had enough and I was pretty sure I wasn’t going to be receiving anything so I called my credit card company to dispute the charge.
Low and behold today at 5:30 pm i got an email stating my order status had now changed to ship but a tracking number is not available, they probably still have the dam package. At this point I don’t even want the order. After all my numerous attempts to make contact and still not receiving any response I have no desire to do business with them. This wasn’t even an order that needed processing time, there was no e-<a href="http://www.vapininthecape.com/eliquid_c_7.html”>liquid to be custom made. All i ordered were a few o-rings for my dct tank and another dct tank to have as a backup.
If you are looking for a place to order, this is not the one. Move on. There are many great vendors who care about their customers and will always contact you back, as for Mount Olympus Vendors, they are not the one. I seriously doubt I’ll ever hear back, even though it clearly states on their website they typically contact you back within one business day. Thats a flat out lie!
